ABOUT TRIPPP:
TRIPPP is a trio of triplet brothers – Treyson, JD, and Chaz Stafford – from Jonesboro, Arkansas. Their unique country sound includes a touch of Memphis blues, Kentucky bluegrass, and Southern rock combined with killer family harmony. They are now based in Nashville where JD (lead vocals/drums) and Chaz (guitar) are former Belmont University students now working as full-time musicians and professional songwriters. Treyson (bass) is in his senior year majoring in Ministry at Belmont. The trio made their Grand Ole Opry debut in December 2022 as special guests of Josh Turner, and this year JD received a Golden Ticket to Hollywood on American Idol. Their awards include being named the 2021 Arkansas Country Music Awards “Young Artists of the Year,” winning the 2023 Belmont Songwriter's Showcase, and being voted "Best Local Band" in Northeast Arkansas six times. They've played nearly 300 shows throughout the Southeast, have raised more than $15,000 for Make-A-Wish and other charities, and have been an opening act for artists such as Riley Green, The Kentucky Headhunters, and Matt Stell. Their 2020 debut EP and six singles in recent years were produced by fellow Arkansan Jon Conley, lead guitar player for Kenny Chesney. Their self-produced upcoming song “Little Too Drunk” is out on May 10th. Their original music is available on all streaming services.
